Robert Chen

Robert Chen is a specialist immigration adviser (MRN:  0103806) with over 12 years of professional experience.  He is the president of Victoria/Tasmania Branch of Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) – The peak professional body for Australian immigration industry (http://mia.org.au/state-branch/Victoria-and-Tasmania-5.html). Robert sits on the National Board of MIA as the honorary treasurer (http://mia.org.au/about-mia-national/).

Robert is a Fellow Member of MIA (“FMIA”), a prestigious title reserved only for an exclusive elite group of Registered Migration Agents.  There are only around 40 FMIAs among the total number of close to 5000 registered Australian migration agents worldwide (http://mia.org.au/members-with-additional-accreditation/).

Robert is also a Fellow Member of Institute of Public Accountants (“FIPA”), the highest membership level within IPA (http://www.publicaccountants.org.au/become-a-member/membership-levels ).

Robert is the founding director of VisaMaster Immigration & Education Centre, a highly respected immigration and education consultancy firm in Melbourne. He and his team have served over 10,000 clients over the years and enjoyed track record of clients’ satisfaction.

Allison Zhang
Allison (Yue Zhang) is the finance officer in VisaMaster. She is responsible for the company’s finance, marketing and daily operations. Allison graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting. Before working in VisaMaster, Allison has worked in an accounting firm as an intern and polished her accounting skills.
 
VisaMaster not only provides clients with sincere quality service, also provides a comfortable working environment for employees and a platform to fulfill their personal goals. Allison is attention to details, responsible, a great team member to work with. Allison enjoys her life and is optimistic about every aspects of God creation. Allison also loves listening to music and travelling around the world.
 

Yonghan
Yonghan is a registered migration agent with a passion for ensuring the successful visa applications so people can realise their dreams.  Over the years he has developed an aptitude for simplifying seemingly impossible situations thus securing the best possible outcome.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, a Masters of Business Administration plus a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice combined with extensive experience in the corporate sector both domestically and internationally.  Yonghan's commitment to customer service is paramount and he enjoys working with people from all backgrounds thriving on the challenge of finding migration solutions.

Cathy Song
Cathy Song is the Education Consultant in VisaMaster. She graduated in Victoria University in Bachelor of Accounting in 2011 and then started her employment with VisaMaster as an Education Consultant. Now she is also an assistant of company's finance duties. She is enjoying her job at VisaMaster and would like to help more international students to study in Australia and find them a course they like. She has many hobbies and among them she likes singing and swimming and making friends most.

Luna Xu
Luna Xu is a Migration Assistant at VisaMaster. She is responsible for assisting migration consultant in visa application, including student visa, tourist visa, partner visa, skilled migration and other family visas. Luna Xu achieved her Bachelor degree at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Accounting and Finance. She is also a NAATI level 3 (professional level) translator. Since she has been in Australia for many years, with international student background, Luna is familiar with life, education and culture in Australia.

Stephanie Tang
Stephanie is the finance officer in Visamaster. She is responsible for maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash control systems to ensure financial activities are processed in an accurate and timely manner. She achieved Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from Victoria University in 2012 and graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2013 with the Master Degree in Finance. Her extensive experience in extra-curriculum activities like volunteer, student association and project management experiences helped her develop great teamwork, communication and time management skills. She enjoys working in Visamaster as the company highly values every customer’s needs, which aligned with her passion for helping others. She strives to make contributions to Visamaster team with her enthusiasm for work, high level of accuracy and proactive attitude. Stephanie is fascinated about creative artworks and she loves dancing and graphic design.
